         mile 2 - 7:11 (7:05 pace)

Bike:  1:02:40 (18 pace)

T2 1:16

Run: Mile 3- 8:11

         Mile 4 - 7:41

           Mile 5: -  7:40

         Mile 6 - 7:39 (7:22 pace)

Finish TIme:  1:48:45

We race in honor of Gender Equality and for a fellow triathlete

fighting cancer , Hans , Brett Folkert.

This race completed my Triple Crown Series 

and got the medal !!

MiTi 1/2 Ironman 2015

I swam 1,2 mile in 58 minutes 

I got to mile 53 on the bike before 

lightening hit and ended the race.
