The 2014 5/3 Riverbank Run was very interesting this year. I gave Don Kern a high five and a good luck pre race hello. I was recovering from a sore foot and less training miles than normal. The weather was perfect ! Sunny and 55 degree start.
I had a great start with the first few miles right on pace . I held on to a 8:03 pace through the half way point . then had a bad knee pain that slowed me down bad.
